In Hong Kong you can ride loud pipes, without indicators and for some people without helmet...but cops will take your ride if you don't have a fucking speedometer... And that's what happen to me last Saturday night! 3 penguins on wheels (including a fucking racist ones, maybe I was too "white") to fill the forms and 30mns later a truck to take the bike away. Motherfuckers!
